Our lifetime workmanship guarantee means that we will cover our workmanship for the lifetime of the piece. Where a manufacturing issue has occurred, we will repair or replace the piece free of charge.
What is covered:
Any issues related to the workmanship or manufacturing process of Tasmania By Claudia jewellery is covered in our guarantee.
What is not covered:
Normal wear and tear and incorrect use is not covered by our guarantee. For example, scratches in the metal, thinning of ring bands over time, or damage due to knocking your piece.
We recommend that you remove jewellery during the following activities to reduce the risk of damage:
- Gardening
- Heavy lifting or exercise
- Cleaning with chemicals
- Washing dishes
- Sleeping
- Showering
